PARTICIPATION FEE AND PAYMENT

Early Registration fee ( until  September 30, 2021)

One oral/poster presentation fee 

     For academics: 300 TL / 30 Euro

     For master and Ph.D. Studenst: 250 TL  / 25 euro

for second oral/poster presentation fee: +100 TL / 10 Euro

 

Later Registration fee ( October 1- November 25, 2021)

One oral/poster presentation fee 

     For academics: 400 TL  / 40 Euro

     For master and Ph.D. Studenst: 350 TL / 35 Euro

for second oral/poster presentation fee: +100 TL  / 10 Euro

 

The participation fee includes:

• Opportunity to present a paper either as a talk (15 min for presentation) or as a poster (with size 80x90 cm)
• Opportunity to publish a paper up to 20 pages long.
• Certificate for participation
• Admission to all sessions of the conference
• E book of the congress programme
• E book of congress full text book
